Flavor Flav has more problems on his hands. Looks like his Sterling Heights, Mich. restaurant, Flavor Flav’s Chicken & Ribs, is facing an eviction lawsuit.

According TMZ, the restaurant’s landlord has filed court documents accusing the Flav of being late on making his $3,500 monthly payments since September 2012, and not paying at all since November, a month before its grand opening. Basically, he has been running his business rent free.

The property owner is seeking $25,000 in damages. Flav says he was unaware of the delinquencies and insists on resolving the matter “ASAP!”

This is not the only legal matter Flav is dealing with…He is also awaiting his forthcoming September 30 trial facing felony assault with a weapon and child endangerment charges.
