I agree with the Best and Worst dressed. But, Portia de Rossi should have been on the worst list and I think Giuliana and Kelly should be on the Best as well. Kerry Washington she is so pretty but looks so wrong. I think its the styling. And I love Kelly’s hair! The gray-purple is cute on her.
