Kim Kardashian has joined the cast of Tyler Perry’s next film, “The Marriage Counselor,” she tweeted Friday night. The Marriage Counselor, based on Perry’s stage play, follows Judith, an Ivy League-educated relationship expert who becomes bored with her own marriage and cheats with one of her clients only to realize she made a big mistake.
Kardashian, 31, will play Ava, a co-worker who gives Judith (Friday Night Lights’ Jurnee Smollett) a makeover and new confidence as she sorts out her personal issues.
This is Kardashian’s third acting role, following small parts in Deep in the Valley and Disaster Movie.
She is currently shooting the second season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York with sister Kourtney Kardashian.
